雙線圈電磁繼電器建模與矢量磁場測量分析

    摘 要:雙線圈電磁繼電器的電磁系統(tǒng)是電能和機械能相互轉換的媒介,為實現(xiàn)更理想的能量轉換和分布效果,需要模擬和分析磁場能量的分布情況。結合三維建模軟件和電磁場有限元分析軟件,對雙線圈繼電器進行仿真研究,測試中測量裝置采用柔性協(xié)作機器人和三軸高斯計,用相應的模具固定繼電器。編寫控制機械臂的腳本程序,使其帶動高斯計圍繞被測繼電器按照指定路徑運動,實時采集位置信息和磁場信息,實現(xiàn)路徑坐標系和繪圖坐標系的虛實合一,將機械臂仿真及運行路徑的坐標系和上位機空間磁場強度分布繪圖坐標系實現(xiàn)坐標一一對應,測量出繼電器三維矢量磁場強度。對比仿真得到的磁感應強度數(shù)據(jù)與測量得到的數(shù)據(jù),驗證了仿真計算的真實可靠性。

    Abstract: The electromagnetic system of the dual-coil electromagnetic relay is the medium for the mutual conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy, and in order to achieve a more ideal energy conversion and distribution effect, it is necessary to simulate and analyze the distribution of magnetic field energy. In this paper, the three-dimensional modeling software and electromagnetic field finite element analysis software are combined to simulate the dual-coil relay, and the measuring device adopts a flexible collaborative robot and a three-axis Gaussmeter to fix the relay with the corresponding mold. Write a script program to control the robotic arm so that it drives the Gaussmeter to move around the relay under test according to the specified path, collect realtime position information and magnetic field information, realize the virtual and real integration of path coordinate system and drawing coordinate system, make the coordinate system of the simulation and operating path of the robot arm and the coordinate system of the spatial magnetic field strength distribution drawing of the host computer are corresponded to each other, and then three-dimensional vector magnetic field strength of the relay is measured. The magnetic induction intensity data obtained by simulation and the measured data are compared to verify the authenticity and reliability of the simulation calculation.
