GIS超聲波局部放電檢測(cè)方法與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用

    摘 要:對(duì)氣體絕緣全封閉組合電器(GIS) 進(jìn)行帶電檢測(cè),可盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)各種缺陷,減少GIS 發(fā)生故障的概率。使用超聲波檢測(cè)法對(duì)某330 kV 變電站GIS 進(jìn)行檢測(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)110 kV Ⅱ母與11392 刀閘相連的母線氣室存在異常信號(hào),信號(hào)相對(duì)背景差異較大,同時(shí)具有50 Hz 相關(guān)性且波形較陡,疑似尖端放電缺陷。通過(guò)幅值定位、頻域定位和時(shí)差定位法對(duì)放電源進(jìn)行正確定位,根據(jù)信號(hào)強(qiáng)度判斷出該缺陷屬于嚴(yán)重缺陷。應(yīng)用效果表明,超聲波法在變電站GIS 局部放電帶電檢測(cè)中效果良好,普測(cè)能以較高靈敏度發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷,復(fù)測(cè)能以較高準(zhǔn)確度定位缺陷。

Ultrasonic Detection Method for Gas Insulated Switchgear Partial Discharge and Its Field Application

    Abstract: To conduct live detection for the gas insulated switchgear (GIS) could make various defects found as early as possible, so as to reduce the probability of GIS failure. The ultrasonic method was used to conduct detection for the GIS in certain 330 kV substation to find the existing abnormal signals between 11 0 kV busbarⅡand disconnector 11 392 busbar air chamber. The signal was greatly different from the background signal with 50 Hz dependency and sharp pulse. The defect was suspected as point discharge. The discharge source was located by amplitude method, frequency domain method and time difference method. The defect level was decided by the amplitude. The ultrasonic detection method has good filed application effect in the live detection for the GIS of power transformer station and it can find out the defects with high sensitivity in the normal detection and locate the defects with high accuracy in the retest.
