    摘 要:極化/ 去極化電流(PDC) 介電響應(yīng)法是一種變壓器油紙絕緣無(wú)損檢測(cè)及壽命評(píng)估方法。以“特高壓直流接入750 kV 交流換流變壓器研制”課題為背景,設(shè)計(jì)了一套極化/ 去極化電流測(cè)試系統(tǒng),包含高壓模塊、開(kāi)關(guān)模塊、采集模塊及終顯模塊的設(shè)計(jì)及選型。該法依據(jù)油紙絕緣的極化特性,測(cè)得極化/ 去極化電流,依托極化/ 去極化電流曲線的演變機(jī)制,評(píng)價(jià)變壓器油紙絕緣劣化程度及壽命,從而綜合診斷變壓器的服役狀態(tài)。

    Abstract: The polarization and depolarization current (PDC) dielectric response is a kind of non-destructive testing and life assessment method for transformer paper oil insulation. Based on the background of major projects “ the development of ultra high voltage direct current (UHVDC) access 750 kV AC converter transformer”, this paper designed a set of polarization and depolarization current measurement system, including the design and type selection of high voltage power supplying and controlling module, switch controlling module, data acquisition module, and displaying module. According to the polarization properties of paper oil insulation, the polarization current and depolarization current were measured to evaluate the deterioration degree and lifetime of transformer paper oil insulation depending on the evolvement mechanism of the polarization and depolarization current curve, so as to comprehensively diagnosis the service status of transformers.
