水分和溫度對FDS低頻介損的影響研究

    摘 要:FDS方法能有效地評估水分和溫度對變壓器油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)的影響,尤其是低頻介損更能有效反應(yīng)其絕緣狀態(tài)。在實驗室完成試品的制備以模擬變壓器油紙絕緣系統(tǒng),試驗研究了水分和溫度對f=0.1 mHz的低頻介質(zhì)損耗tanδ 的影響,并通過最小二乘法分別將水分含量和測試溫度與特征頻率處的介質(zhì)損耗tanδ進行擬合,得到相應(yīng)的擬合關(guān)系。試驗結(jié)果表明:低頻f=0.1 mHz處的介質(zhì)損耗tanδ隨著水分和溫度的上升呈指數(shù)函數(shù)增長,且其增長速率不斷增大。該方法準(zhǔn)確直觀地評估了水分和溫度對低頻介損的影響,對準(zhǔn)確診斷變壓器油紙絕緣老化狀態(tài)具有參考價值。

    Abstract: The frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy (FDS) method can effectively evaluate the influence of moisture and temperature on the oil paper insulation system of transformer, especially low-frequency dielectric loss, which can effectively reflect the insulation state. This paper studied on the influence of moisture and temperature on the low-frequency dielectric loss tanδ of f=0.1 mHz. The moisture content and the test temperature were fitted with the dielectric loss tanδ at the characteristic frequency by the least squares method respectively and the corresponding fitting relation was also obtained. The experimental results show that the dielectric loss tanδ at low frequency (f=0.1 mHz) increases with the increase of moisture content and test temperature, and its growth rate is also increasing. This method can not only evaluate the influence of moisture and temperature on the low frequency dielectric loss accurately and intuitively, but also provide some reference value for the diagnosis of the aging state of transformer oil paper insulation.
