基于狀態(tài)的變壓器動態(tài)優(yōu)化維修模型

    摘 要:提出采用基于狀態(tài)的動態(tài)優(yōu)化維修模型對變壓器實(shí)施維修,該動態(tài)維修模型把變壓器的維修閾值當(dāng)作一個(gè)隨運(yùn)行時(shí)間和維修次數(shù)動態(tài)變化的閾值函數(shù),在每次維修之后,采用“修正因子”對變壓器的比例失效函數(shù)進(jìn)行修正,再利用最大可用度法優(yōu)化計(jì)算每次維修的故障率閾值,并帶入狀態(tài)維修閾值函數(shù),進(jìn)而實(shí)施新一輪的維修。根據(jù)某型號變壓器的歷史故障數(shù)據(jù)和油色譜監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),利用MATLAB軟件對該動態(tài)維修方式進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證分析,結(jié)果表明該動態(tài)維修方式能更好地反映變壓器的運(yùn)行狀況,維修具有很好的實(shí)效性。

Condition-Based Dynamic Optimization Maintenance Model for Transformer

    Abstract: This paper proposed the condition-based dynamic optimization model to carry out maintenance for transformer. This dynamic maintenance model regarded the maintenance threshold as a threshold function varying with running time and maintenance times. After each maintenance, the “correction factor” was used to correct the proportional lose efficacy function, to calculate the threshold using maximum availability method and to substitute it into condition-based maintenance threshold function to start the next round of maintenance. According to the historical fault data and the oil chromatography monitoring data of certain type of transformers, this paper used MATLAB to carry out check analysis for the dynamic maintenance method. The results show that this dynamic maintenance method preferably reflects the running state of transformers with good maintenance effectiveness.
