變壓器油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)頻域介電特性的影響因素研究

    摘 要:為準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)變壓器油紙絕緣系統(tǒng)的健康狀態(tài),利用試驗(yàn)方法分別測(cè)試了水分、熱老化和溫度三種因素對(duì)頻域介電譜(FDS)的影響。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)完成試品的制備和試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)的搭建,通過(guò)絕緣診斷儀IDAX300分別對(duì)制備好的水分和老化試品在特定溫度下進(jìn)行FDS測(cè)試,并得到相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和圖像。試驗(yàn)研究表明:在全頻域10-4~103 Hz內(nèi)水分、熱老化、溫度對(duì)FDS有著不同的影響規(guī)律,且在頻域10-4~10-2 Hz內(nèi)隨著水分含量、熱老化時(shí)間、溫度的增大介質(zhì)損耗tanδ也逐漸增大,該方法為準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)變壓器的健康狀態(tài)提供了理論依據(jù)。

Study on Influence Factors of Frequency Domain Dielectric Properties of Transformer Oil Paper Insulation System

    Abstract: In order to accurately detect the health status of transformer oil paper insulation system, experiments were carried out to test the three influence factors including moisture, thermal aging and temperature on the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy (FDS). The samples were prepared and the test platform was built in the laboratory. The prepared moisture and aging samples were respectively tested at specific temperature by diagnostic instrument IDAX300 and the corresponding test data and image were obtained. The test results show that the effects of water, thermal aging, temperature on FDS is different in the frequency domain from 10-4 Hz to 103 Hz, and the dielectric loss tanδ increases gradually with the increase of moisture content, thermal aging time and temperature in the frequency domain from 10-4 Hz to 10-2 Hz. This method provides a theoretical basis for the accurate detection of the transformer health status.
