    摘 要:以國網(wǎng)蒙東電力高壓架空線路實(shí)際發(fā)生的非計(jì)劃停運(yùn)為例,分別以設(shè)施的停運(yùn)類別、設(shè)施部位、責(zé)任原因及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)事故調(diào)查等多個(gè)維度,展開了對(duì)66 kV 及以上輸變電系統(tǒng)非計(jì)劃停運(yùn)設(shè)施的可靠性分析、評(píng)價(jià)及相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,并給出了針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)措施,不僅為電力可靠性人員在數(shù)據(jù)分析方面提供一套適用于當(dāng)前輸變電設(shè)施發(fā)生非計(jì)劃停運(yùn)的可靠性評(píng)價(jià)分析方法,同時(shí)也給其它電力部門在對(duì)事故分析和處理方面提供了參考。

Planed Outages Data in East Inner Mongolia Electric Power Grid

    Abstract: Taking non-planed outages happening in practical high-tension overhead line of east inner Mongolia electric power grid for example, this paper carried out the reliability analysis, reliability evaluation and corresponding response strategies of non-planed outages equipments in 66 kV and above voltage level transmission system from multiple dimensions such as outages category, parts of equipment, power outage liability causes and field investment on accident of equipments etc, and gave the specific improvement measures, not only providing a sort of reliability evaluation and analysis ways suitable for the current non-planed outages happening in transmission equipments for electrical reliability personnel on data analysis, but also providing references on the analysis and processing of accidents for other electricity sectors.
