    摘 要:針對高壓開關(guān)柜溫度不易監(jiān)測問題,提出了基于聲表面波技術(shù)的無線無源傳感器溫度監(jiān)測新方法,使用該檢測手段實時在線監(jiān)測高壓開關(guān)設(shè)備內(nèi)的溫度。對聲表面波溫度傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)及聲表面波無線無源溫度系統(tǒng)的組成部分進行了闡述,經(jīng)實際應(yīng)用案例表明,運用該技術(shù)搭建的溫度監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)大大提高了鋼鐵企業(yè)供電設(shè)備的在線監(jiān)測水平,具有安裝方便、測量精度高、運行安全可靠等優(yōu)點。

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the temperature of high-voltage switch cabinet is not easy to monitor, this paper proposed a new method of temperature monitoring based on surface acoustic wave (SAW) technology for passive wireless sensor, which could monitor the temperature inside the high-voltage switchgear in real time. This paper expounded the constituent part of the temperature sensor structure and wireless passive temperature system of SAW. The practical application case shows that the temperature monitoring system using this technology has greatly improved the on-line monitoring level of power supply equipment in iron and steel enterprises, with the advantages of easy installation, high accurate measurement, safe and reliable operation.
