IEC 62271-100新舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差異——關(guān)合和開斷試驗的規(guī)定

摘 要：介紹了高壓交流斷路器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC 62271-100：2017-06(2.2 版) 中關(guān)合和開斷試驗的各項規(guī)定的修訂情況，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對關(guān)合和開斷試驗的各項規(guī)定進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明，與舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC 62271-100:2012-09(2.1 版) 進(jìn)行了比較，分析了附加要求、關(guān)于試驗方法的一般考慮、試驗前的操作、試驗后斷路器的狀態(tài)燃弧時間的說明等方面的差異，供相關(guān)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行參考。

Differences Between New and Old Standard IEC 62271-100----Provisions for Making and Breaking Tests

Abstract: Introduction was made to the revision situation of IEC62271-100:2017-06 (edition 2.2) about miscellaneous provisions for making and breaking tests of high-voltage alternating-current circuit-breakers. This standard carried out particular specifications for miscellaneous provisions for making and breaking tests. This paper compared the new edition with IEC 62271-100: 2012-09 (edition 2.1) , analyzing the differences about the additional requirements, general considerations concerning testing methods, no-load operations before tests, condition of circuit-breaker after tests and demonstration of arcing times for the corresponding technical personnel’s reference.
