    摘 要:為提高能源利用效率,加強(qiáng)固定資產(chǎn)投資項(xiàng)目用能管理,推進(jìn)節(jié)能減排工作,設(shè)計(jì)分布式能源站的同時(shí)也需要對(duì)用能系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行節(jié)能評(píng)估。提出了三種分布式能源站設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行節(jié)能評(píng)估,遵循國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給建設(shè)單位提出合理的用能方案,建設(shè)單位通過采用節(jié)能評(píng)估所提出的節(jié)能措施,最大化降低能耗,提高能源利用水平,從而帶來較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Distributed Energy Station Design and Energy Efficiency Assessment

    Abstract: In order to improve energy efficiency, to strengthen energy consumption management of fixed assets investment projects, and to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, this paper designed distributed energy stations and evaluated the energy efficiency of energy use systems, proposed three kinds of distributed energy resource station designing schemes, carried out energy saving assessment for the scheme and followed the government standard to propose the reasonable energy using scheme for the development organization, who adopted the energy conservation measure raised by energy saving assessment to maximumly reduce energy consumption and to improve the level of energy use, so as to bring better economic benefit.
