550 kV GIS用盆式絕緣子的絕緣設(shè)計(jì)研究

    摘 要:作為氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)中核心元件,盆式絕緣子絕緣設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)系到GIS整體的絕緣水平。闡述了盆式絕緣子設(shè)計(jì)思路,對其結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)合電場及制造工藝給出最優(yōu)形狀比,提出了盆式絕緣子設(shè)計(jì)過程中關(guān)鍵位置電場校驗(yàn)判據(jù),并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了所提出校驗(yàn)判據(jù)的合理性。

Insulation Design of Basin-Type Insulator in 550 kV Gas-Insulated Switchgear

Abstract: The basin-type insulator as the core component in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), its insulation design affects insulation level of entire GIS.This paper expounded the design thought of basin-type insulator and analyzed its structural style. Combining with the electric field and manufacturing process, this paper gave the optimal shape proportion and proposed the electric field check criterion of the key location in the design process of basin-type insulator. The test verified the rationality of proposed check criterion.
