    摘 要:為量化評(píng)價(jià)智能變電站通信系統(tǒng)的可靠性水平,提出了一種基于變異系數(shù)法的智能變電站通信系統(tǒng)可靠性評(píng)估方法,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)得到的變電站失效率數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算各通信系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)值,建立可靠性評(píng)價(jià)矩陣,通過對(duì)矩陣進(jìn)行同向化、無量綱和權(quán)重修正,得到加權(quán)可靠性矩陣,并通過加權(quán)可靠性矩陣在特征空間的距離得到評(píng)估結(jié)果。仿真結(jié)果表明,該方法可客觀整體評(píng)價(jià)通信系統(tǒng)的可靠性狀況,能定量分析影響通信系統(tǒng)可靠性的關(guān)鍵因素,驗(yàn)證了所提評(píng)估方法的有效性與可行性。

Reliability Evaluation Method of Intelligent Substation Communication System Based on Variation Coefficient

    Abstract: In order to quantify the reliability level evaluation of the intelligent substation communication system, this paper proposed a kind of reliability evaluation method of intelligent substation communication system based on variation coefficient.The evaluation indexes of each communication system were calculated to establish the reliability evaluation matrix according to the failure rate data from statistics in substation.The weighted reliability matrix was obtained by the same direction, dimensionless and weight correction.The evaluation results were obtained by the distance of the weighted reliability matrix in the feature space.The simulation results show that this method can objectively evaluate the reliability status of communication system and quantitatively analyze the key factors affecting the reliability of communication system, verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed evaluation method.
