一種電能表外置斷路器電動操作機構的設計與研究

摘 要:智能電表的發(fā)展普及,對與其配套的電能表外置斷路器的性能提出了更高要求。闡述了電能表外置斷路器技術特點、參數(shù)指標及功能,介紹了電能表外置斷路器電動操作機構的三個關鍵運動過程,并對該類操作機構的設計要點進行解析,為電能表外置斷路器電動操作機構的設計提供了理論指導。

Design and Research of a Kind of Electric Operation Mechanism for External Circuit Breaker of Electric Energy Meter

Abstract: With the development and popularization of smart meters, higher requirements have been put forward to the performance of external circuit breakers for watt-hour meters. This paper expounded the technical characteristics, parameters and functions of external circuit breakers for watt-hour meters. Introduction was made to the three key movement processes of the electric operation mechanism of external circuit breakers for watt-hour meters, and analysis was made to the key design points of this kind of operating mechanism, which provides theoretical guidance for the design of the electric operation mechanism of the external circuit breaker of the watt-hour meter.
