    摘 要:風(fēng)沙對(duì)復(fù)合絕緣子性能的影響是一個(gè)值得關(guān)注的問題。通過對(duì)風(fēng)沙影響因素的分析并結(jié)合復(fù)合絕緣子傘裙硅橡膠材料的風(fēng)沙試驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)研究了風(fēng)沙對(duì)硅橡膠材料力學(xué)性能和憎水性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:風(fēng)沙對(duì)硅橡膠有一定的磨蝕作用,會(huì)導(dǎo)致硅橡膠厚度略有減小,力學(xué)性能有輕微下降;風(fēng)沙會(huì)導(dǎo)致硅橡膠傘裙的憎水性暫時(shí)下降,但是硅橡膠具有憎水遷移性能,會(huì)使傘裙表面的憎水性在短時(shí)間內(nèi)重新達(dá)到較高的水平,從而減小了絕緣子污閃風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Study on Influence of Wind Sand Environment on Performance of Silicone Rubber
Used for Composite Insulator Umbrella Skirt

    Abstract: The influence of wind sand on the performance of composite insulators is a noteworthy problem. After analyzing the influence factors of wind sand, and combining with the sand and dust test of silicone rubber used for composite insulator umbrella skirt, this paper carried out the systematic study on the influence of wind sand on the mechanical properties and hydrophobicity of silicone rubber. The experimental results show that the wind sand has the abrasive effect on silicone rubber, to result in a slight decrease in the thickness and mechanical properties. The wind sand may cause the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber temporarily decrease, however, the hydrophobicity of umbrella skirt surface can recover to a high level because of the hydrophobicity migration of silicone rubber, which reduces the risk of pollutionflashover.
