發(fā)電機手包絕緣表面電位測試接線原理及改進

摘 要:介紹了發(fā)電機定子繞組手包絕緣施加直流電壓測量方法,闡述了正接線和反接線試驗方式的試驗方法和實驗原理,分析對比了兩種接線方式的優(yōu)缺點,針對傳統(tǒng)的試驗接線方式中存在的問題提出了改進措施,給出了一種新的基于傳統(tǒng)反接線方式的手包絕緣測試方法,既能滿足在定子通水狀態(tài)下進行試驗,又極大地縮小了試驗設(shè)備容量,工程運用表現(xiàn)良好。

Wiring Principle and Improvement of Surface Potential Test for Generator Hand-Making Insulation

Abstract: Introduction was made to the method of direct current voltage measuring imposing on the hand-making insulation of generator stator winding. This paper expounded the test method and experimental principle of positive and reverse connection test modes, and analyzed and compared two kinds of relative merits of two types of connection modes. Aiming at the problems existing in traditional test connection mode, this paper proposed the improved measures and gave a new kind of hand-making insulation test method, which not only met the requirements of the test under conditions of stator through-water state, but also greatly reduced the test facility capacity, with good engineering application.
