    摘 要:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有10 kV直流快速操作機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)加工和裝配工藝要求高的問題,提出了一種對(duì)工藝要求不高的雙向永磁保持直流快速操作機(jī)構(gòu)。建立了電磁斥力機(jī)構(gòu)的仿真模型,通過Infolytica磁場仿真確定了斥力線圈參數(shù),得出電工純鐵線圈骨架比環(huán)氧樹脂和聚四氟乙烯材料更有利于降低分閘時(shí)間。通過對(duì)原理樣機(jī)的試驗(yàn)測試,驗(yàn)證了仿真優(yōu)化的正確性及雙向永磁保持直流快速操作機(jī)構(gòu)的可行性。

Design of 10 kV Direct Current Fast Mechanism Based on Bi-Directional Permanent Magnetic Holding

    Abstract: Aiming at the existing problem that the 10 kV direct current operation mechanism has high requirements on processing and assembly technology, this paper proposed a fast mechanism of two-way permanent magnet maintenance which had low requirements on technology. A simulated model of electromagnetismrepulsionmechanism was established to determine the parameters of the repulsion coilby Infolytica magnetic field simulation, so as to conclude that the electrical pure iron coil framework is more conducive to reducing the opening time than the material of epoxy resin and teflon. The experiment of principled sample machine verifies the correctness of simulating optimization and the feasibility of a fast mechanism of two-way permanent magnet maintenance.
