摘 要:介紹了一種直線旋轉(zhuǎn)永磁作動器(LRPMA)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點與運行原理,分析了其數(shù)學(xué)模型,針對LRPMA需要實現(xiàn)直線、旋轉(zhuǎn)和螺旋運動的功能特點,設(shè)計了基于DSP2812和雙口RAM的雙DSP結(jié)構(gòu)伺服控制系統(tǒng)。該控制系統(tǒng)通過共享存儲器,實現(xiàn)了雙DSP之間的實時通信,給出了系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)計及不同運動形式的控制策略。經(jīng)實驗測試,結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)滿足控制的要求。

Double Digital Signal Processor Control System Design of Linear and Rotary Permanent Magnet Actuator

Abstract: Introduction was made to the structural characteristics and operating principle of a kind of linear and rotary permanent magnet actuator (LRPMA), whose mathematical model was analyzed. In allusion to the function characteristics of linear, rotary and helical motion which the LRPMA needed to realize, this paper designed the servo control system with the double digital signal processor (DSP) based on DSP2812 and dual-port random-access memory (RAM). This control system shared the memory to achieve real-time communication between the two DSPs, and gave the design of system software and hardware, and different forms of motion control strategy. The experimental results show that the servo control system satisfies the demand of controlling.
