110 kV GIS故障原因分析及應(yīng)對(duì)措施

摘 要:以某變電站110 kV絕緣金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)內(nèi)部放電故障為例,通過(guò)查詢保護(hù)動(dòng)作信息、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查及試驗(yàn)分析及返廠解體檢查,確定了故障點(diǎn)和故障類型,得出刀閘動(dòng)觸頭固定轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸的相間絕緣子質(zhì)量缺陷是故障發(fā)生的主要原因。針對(duì)此類故障從設(shè)備運(yùn)輸、安裝、試驗(yàn)以及運(yùn)維等方面提出相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施,以防止同類型刀閘氣室故障再次發(fā)生。

Reason Analysis and Countermeasures of 110 kV GIS Fault

Abstract: This paper took the internal discharge fault of a 110 kV GIS device in certain station as an example to confirm the fault point and its type by querying the protection action information, on-site inspection and test analysis, and returning to the factory for disassembly inspection. It is concluded that the main cause of the failure is the interphase insulator quality defect of the fixed rotating shaft of the isolation switch moving contact. The corresponding preventive measures are proposed for such faults from the respects of equipment transportation, installation, tests, operation and maintenance to prevent similar disconnecting link gas chamber failures from happening again.
