    摘 要:為進(jìn)一步提高微電網(wǎng)的供電可靠性,基于風(fēng)光柴儲(chǔ)的微電網(wǎng),在充分考慮各種微源特性的情況下,對(duì)微電網(wǎng)黑啟動(dòng)中電源的選擇進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,選擇柴油發(fā)電機(jī)作為黑啟動(dòng)電源;對(duì)比分析了微電網(wǎng)黑啟動(dòng)的并行/ 串行恢復(fù)策略,提出了一種改進(jìn)的微電網(wǎng)串行恢復(fù)黑啟動(dòng)策略,并制定了詳細(xì)的黑啟動(dòng)流程?;赑SCAD/EMTDC平臺(tái)搭建了仿真模型,仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該黑啟動(dòng)策略的有效性和可操作性。

Research on Black-Start Strategy of Isolated Microgrid

    Abstract: In order to further improve the reliability of microgrid power supply, based on the microgrid of wind, photovoltaic, diesel generator and energy storage, fully considering the characteristics of various micro-sources, this paper compared and analyzed the selection of power supply in black-start of microgrid. The diesel generator was chosen as the black-start power supply. This paper analyzed the parallel and serial restoration strategy of the microgrid black-start, proposed an improved black-start strategy for serial restoration of microgrid and formulated the detailed operation procedure of black-start, building a simulation model based on PSCAD/EMTDC platform. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and operability of the black-start strategy.
