    摘 要:廣東電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷特性具有峰谷差大、負(fù)荷高峰以及低谷銜接區(qū)間負(fù)荷爬升、下降速度極快的特點(diǎn),為了更好地量化評(píng)估省內(nèi)機(jī)組日發(fā)電計(jì)劃和西電曲線(xiàn)配合的合理性,對(duì)廣東電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰調(diào)頻現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并構(gòu)建了一套日發(fā)電計(jì)劃合理性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,該體系包含速率指標(biāo)、趨勢(shì)指標(biāo)、調(diào)峰指標(biāo),分別解決省內(nèi)機(jī)組和西電調(diào)節(jié)速率不相匹配、省內(nèi)火電機(jī)組反調(diào)以及火電機(jī)組退AGC調(diào)峰的問(wèn)題,實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,該指標(biāo)提升了日發(fā)電計(jì)劃安排的安全性以及與實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度銜接的順暢性。

Rationality Evaluation Indexes for Power Grid Daily Generation Scheduling

    Abstract: The power load of Guangdong power grid has a large peak-valley difference, and varies sharply between peak and valley join sections during some periods. In order to carry out better quantitative evaluation for the units daily generation scheduling in the province and the rationality of western electric curve coordination, this paper analyzed the current situation of Guangdong power grid peak shaving index and frequency modulation and established a set of daily generation scheduling rationality evaluation target system, including speed indexes, tendency indexes and peak shaving indexes and solving the problems such as the non-matching between the units in the province and western electric adjusting speed, thermal power generating unit anti-regulation in the province and quitting automatic gain control (AGC) peak shaving. The practical application shows that this index promotes the security of daily generation scheduling arrangement and the smoothness of real-time scheduling join.
