供電中壓停電事件采集完整率影響因素及對(duì)策

      摘 要:針對(duì)供電停電事件采集完整率偏低的具體問(wèn)題,分析了使其采集完整率偏低的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)性。改變以往單一處理問(wèn)題的方法,改為對(duì)每個(gè)工作環(huán)節(jié)同時(shí)采取有效的治理措施,并給出了中壓停電事件完整率管控流程及采集完整率核查方法與具體步驟,該方法使停電事件采集完整率能夠從整體上做到有效提升。

Influence Factors and Countermeasures on Collection Integrity Rate of Power
Outage in Power Supply Middle-Voltage System

      Abstract: Aiming at the concrete problem of lower collection integrity rate of power outage in power supply middle-voltage system, this paper analyzed the inherent relevance of each link making it lower collection integrity rate. The only way to handle the problem was changed into adopting the effective treatment measures in each working link. This paper gave the integrity rate control flow in middle-voltage power outage event, the collection integrity rate inspection method and the concrete steps. This method made the whole power outage event collection integrity rate effectively promoted.
