252 kV GIS用支柱絕緣子絕緣能力提升研究

摘 要:為提高252 kV GIS共箱母線用支柱絕緣子絕緣能力,對(duì)絕緣子沿面電場(chǎng)和內(nèi)部電場(chǎng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,研究了支柱絕緣子爬裙對(duì)沿面電場(chǎng)的影響,并對(duì)絕緣子進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),投制優(yōu)化后的結(jié)構(gòu)并進(jìn)行絕緣試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,提升了支柱絕緣子絕緣能力。

Research on Insulation Ability Improvement of Post Insulator Used in 252 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear

Abstract: In order to improve the insulating ability of post insulators which was used on common box bus of 252 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS), this paper carried out computational analysis of the electric field of insulation surface and inside, researched on the influence of post insulator climbing group on the electric field along the surface and carried out insulators optimization design. The insulation test of the optimized structure verifies the rationality of optimization design, which improves the insulation ability of post insulator.
