非對稱開斷試驗(yàn)中的操作順序問題研究

摘 要:介紹了以試驗(yàn)方式為非對稱開斷的試驗(yàn)中進(jìn)行額定操作順序問題的必要性和實(shí)施的可行性,對試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、試驗(yàn)室的試驗(yàn)運(yùn)行和制造廠技術(shù)成本所帶來的影響進(jìn)行了闡述,并從不同角度論述了附加驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)的必要性,分析結(jié)果表明,對通用型的高壓斷路器沒有必要進(jìn)行附加操作順序的非對稱開斷試驗(yàn)。

Abstract: Introduction was made to the necessity and implementary feasibility of rated operating sequence problem in the test method of asymmetric short-circuit current breaking test. This paper expounded the impacts of test standards, laboratory tests and manufacturing technology running costs, and discussed the necessity of additional verification test from different corners. The analysis result shows that there is no need to add the asymmetric short-circuit current breaking test of operating sequence for the general type of high-voltage circuit breakers.
