智能變電站智能設(shè)備異常對失靈保護(hù)的影響分析

    摘 要:基于智能變電站與常規(guī)變電站不同的特點(diǎn),在智能設(shè)備異常處理時,更要求準(zhǔn)確分析異常帶來的影響,并及時正確處理。對智能設(shè)備異常進(jìn)行了描述,以500 kV某變電站為例,分析了特殊情況下智能設(shè)備故障對失靈保護(hù)可能帶來的影響,并結(jié)合三起案例提出了處理措施,為變電運(yùn)維人員處理相關(guān)異常提供了可行的參考方案。

Analysis of Intelligent Equipment’s Abnormal Impact on Failure Protection in Smart Substation

    Abstract: Based on the different characteristics of general substations from smart substations, there are more accurate requirements to analyze the abnormal impacts and to handle correctly in time when the abnormal intelligent equipment needs to be processed. This paper described the the abnormal intelligent equipment, took a 500 kV substation for example to analyze the intelligent equipment’s abnormal impact on the failure protection under special circumstances and put forward the handling measures, combining with three cases, which provides a feasible reference for the operation and maintenance personnel.
