    摘 要:對(duì)海上風(fēng)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,是降低海上風(fēng)電場(chǎng)維護(hù)成本的有效手段。提出了一種海上風(fēng)電場(chǎng)全景監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)方案,將海上風(fēng)電場(chǎng)作為一個(gè)監(jiān)控整體,把傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)各監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)納入到統(tǒng)一的信息平臺(tái)下,以實(shí)現(xiàn)全景監(jiān)控及信息共享;在架構(gòu)上采用了陸地集控中心和海上升壓平臺(tái)兩級(jí)模式,以適應(yīng)海上風(fēng)電場(chǎng)特殊的地理環(huán)境。對(duì)陸地集控中心、海上升壓平臺(tái)及它們之間的通信進(jìn)行了描述,并給出了在東臺(tái)海上風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用情況,可在后續(xù)海上風(fēng)電場(chǎng)二次系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。

Design of Offshore Wind Farm Panorama Monitoring System

    Abstract: The operating state monitoring and control of offshore wind turbines is the effective means to reduce the maintenance cost of offshore wind farm. This paper presented an offshore wind farm panorama monitoring and control system scheme to take the offshore wind farm as a monitor overall and to bring all the monitoring systems of traditional wind farms into the unified information platform, to realize the panorama of monitoring, control and information sharing; the program of the framework adopted two-stage model of land centralized control center and offshore booster platform to adapt to the special geographical environment of offshore wind farm. This paper described the land centralized control center and the offshore booster platform and the communication between them, and gave the application situation of offshore wind farm in Dongtai, which could be further popularized the application in the construction of offshore wind farm secondary system.
