電流互感器便捷式成套取油裝置的研制及應(yīng)用

    摘 要:為解決傳統(tǒng)取油工具易發(fā)生噴油、漏油及取油工具掉落等問題,縮短和精簡取油作業(yè)時間與工序,研制了一種既能保證人身、設(shè)備安全,又能提高工作效率的便攜式成套取油裝置。制定了便攜式成套取油裝置設(shè)計方案,并制作出便攜式成套取油裝置,該裝置包括連接控制裝置、廢油收集裝置和工具背包裝置,經(jīng)實訓基地和實際應(yīng)用成效表明,該套裝置具有很好的應(yīng)用前景,能夠大大提升工作效率。

Development and Application of Complete Set of Convenient Oil-Taking Device for Current Transformer

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems that traditional oil extraction tools are prone to fuel injection, oil leakage and oil extraction tools falling, and shorten and simplify the oil extraction operation time and procedures, a new method that can ensure the safety of people and equipment and improve work efficiency portable complete oil extraction device. In this paper, the design of a portable oil extraction device is formulated, and a portable oil extraction device is produced. The device includes a connection control device, a waste oil collection device, and a tool backpack device. The training base and actual application results show that the device has a good application prospect and can greatly improve work efficiency.
