新能源總承包工程項(xiàng)目調(diào)試管理研究

摘 要:新能源成為我國電力的發(fā)展方向,站內(nèi)設(shè)備調(diào)試及涉外設(shè)備調(diào)試是重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),通過高壓試驗(yàn)、保護(hù)調(diào)試、回路的傳動,來保證受電前設(shè)備及施工的質(zhì)量。結(jié)合已開展的新能源總承包項(xiàng)目,基于新能源電站并網(wǎng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),針對調(diào)試范圍進(jìn)行劃分,討論了如何運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理手段實(shí)現(xiàn)對調(diào)試環(huán)節(jié)的“質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度“三要素管理,來有效提升調(diào)試管理質(zhì)量。

Research on Commissioning Management of New Energy General Contracting Projects

Abstract: New energy has become the development direction of electric power in China. The station equipment debugging and the foreign-related equipment debugging are the most important links. The quality of equipment and construction before electricity was ensured through the high-pressure test, the protection debugging and the loop transmission. Combining with the new energy general contracting project carried out by our hospital, based on the grid connection topological structure of the new energy power station and aiming at the debugging range division, this paper discussed how to use project management means to realize the “quality, cost and schedule” management to effectively promote the quality of debugging management.
