    摘 要:針對一起220 kV變壓器XKPLCF-8/N型風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)電源切換回路故障,闡述了風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)電源控制原理,及手動與自動控制過程,經(jīng)外部硬件回路檢查和PLC程序邏輯檢查分析,得出了該故障主要原因是PLC程序設(shè)計缺陷,對此采取有效措施,避免了變壓器跳閘事故的發(fā)生,并提出了整改建議,為現(xiàn)場繼保人員提供參考。

One Case of Fault Analysis and Treatment on the Power Switching of Transformer Air Cooling System

    Abstract: Aiming at a 220 kV transformer XKPLCF-8/N type air-cooled system power switching circuit failure, this paper describes the principle of power control of the air-cooled system, as well as the manual and automatic control processes. The external hardware loop inspection and PLC program logic inspection analysis show that the main cause of the failure is a PLC program design defect. Based on the analysis of the external hardware circuit inspection and the logic inspection of the PLC program, it was found that the main cause of the failure was a defect in the PLC program design. Effective measures were taken to avoid the occurrence of transformer tripping accidents, and rectification suggestions were proposed to provide a reference for the on-site relay personnel.
