直流控制器的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

    摘 要:針對直流斷路器的控制需求,基于電流轉(zhuǎn)移型直流斷路器開斷原理,研制了直流斷路器控制器。分析了直流斷路器控制器的功能及其控制原理,并提出模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方案。采用PLC作為主控芯片并搭建直流斷路器試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了該方案的可行性,控制器響應(yīng)時(shí)間實(shí)測小于500 μs,為直流斷路器電流轉(zhuǎn)移及開斷提供了保障。

Devise and Research of the DC Controller

    Abstract: The DC circuit breaker controller is developed based on the breaking principle of current transfer DC circuit breaker to meet the control requirement of DC circuit breakers. Detailed the analysis of the function and working principle of DC circuit breaker and controller, the modular design scheme is developed. The test platform build DC circuit breaker proves the feasibility of the scheme through test. The response time of the control equipment is less than 500 μ s, which provides guarantee for the current transfer of the DC circuit breaker and the disconnection of the whole machine.
