    摘 要:以ZGW6-408型高壓直流隔離開關(guān)動(dòng)端結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,基于理論公式計(jì)算出主導(dǎo)電裝配的變形,利用ANSYS仿真風(fēng)載荷的作用過程,分析ZGW6-408型高壓直流隔離開關(guān)動(dòng)端結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的最大變形,將理論計(jì)算值與仿真分析的結(jié)果對(duì)比,誤差小于10%。分析表明:利用ANSYS 對(duì)ZGW6-408型高壓直流隔離開關(guān)動(dòng)端結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行風(fēng)載荷作用下的仿真分析,可以直觀地確定動(dòng)端變形的分布狀況,避免傳統(tǒng)理論計(jì)算的繁瑣性,為ZGW6-408型高壓直流隔離開關(guān)動(dòng)端結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的分析評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。

Wind Load Simulation Analysis of Actuating End System Based on DC Disconnector

    Abstract: This paper taking ZGW6-408 HVDC disconnector dynamic end structure system as the research object, the deformation of the main electrical assembly is calculated by theoretical formula at first; then the action process of wind load is simulated by ANSYS, the maximum deformation of ZGW6-408 HVDC disconnector moving end structure system is analyzed, and the theoretical calculation value and simulation are carried out. Compared with the results of analysis, the error is less than 10%.The analysis shows that the simulation analysis of ZGW6-408 HVDC disconnector moving end structure system under the wind load by ANSYS can directly determine the distribution of structural deformation of moving end, and it avoids the tedious calculation of traditional theory, it also provides a reference for the analysis and evaluation of the structural strength of the dynamic end structure system of the ZGW6-408 HVDC disconnector.
