基于占空比調(diào)制的新型十八扇區(qū)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩研究

    摘 要:傳統(tǒng)永磁同步電機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行時(shí),存在定子磁鏈幅值和電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)較大的問題。分析了有效電壓矢量對(duì)于定子磁鏈和轉(zhuǎn)矩控制效果的不平衡問題,基于扇區(qū)細(xì)分的思想,并結(jié)合三電平逆變器新增的6個(gè)有效電壓矢量,提出了新型十八扇區(qū)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制方法,以此來改善電壓矢量的控制效果。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制中,由于整個(gè)采樣周期施加同一電壓矢量而帶來的過補(bǔ)償問題,采用占空比調(diào)制減小轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)。與傳統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制效果進(jìn)行仿真對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了所提新型控制策略減小定子磁鏈和電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)的有效性。

New Eighteen-Sector Direct Torque Control Based on Duty Ratio Modulation

    Abstract: In the traditional direct torque control (DTC) of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in steady state operation, the ripple of stator flux linkage amplitude and electromagnetic torque is large.In this paper, the unbalance problem of the effect of active voltage vectors on stator flux linkage and torque control is analyzed.Based on the idea of sector subdivision, combined with the six new active voltage vectors added by the three-level inverter, a new eighteen-sector direct torque control method is proposed to improve the control effect of voltage vectors.For the overcompensation problem caused by the voltage vector acting on a whole sampling period in DTC, the duty ratio modulation (DRM) method is used to reduce the torque ripple.Compared with the control effect of traditional direct torque, the effectiveness of the proposed new control strategy to reduce the ripple of stator flux linkage and electromagnetic torque is verified.
