三點式線路停電檢修作業(yè)平臺的研制

摘 要:輸電線路停電更換500 kV懸垂絕緣子存在作業(yè)效率低、勞動強(qiáng)度大、人員操作不便、費(fèi)時費(fèi)力等問題,研制了一種易攜帶、易操作的作業(yè)平臺裝置。該裝置采用輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度材料,硬梯頭部與作業(yè)相橫擔(dān)固定連接,能夠承受15 kN以上的外力,硬梯尾部與導(dǎo)線可靠連接。作業(yè)人員將架空平臺安裝后,沿著硬梯下到作業(yè)平臺,并安全工作。該裝置可以使導(dǎo)線端人員作業(yè)時減少不必要的調(diào)整動作,以達(dá)到安全、舒適、快速更換的工作要求,提升作業(yè)效率。

Development of Three-Point Line Power Failure Maintenance Platform

Abstract: The replacement of 500 kV suspension insulators in the power transmission line has problems such as low work efficiency, high labor intensity, inconvenient operation, time-consuming and labor-intensive operation, etc. A work platform device that is easy to carry and easy to operate has been developed. The device adopts light-weight and high-strength materials. The head of the hard ladder is fixedly connected with the cross arm of the work phase, which can withstand external forces of more than 15 kN, and the tail of the hard ladder is reliably connected to the wire. After installing the overhead platform, the operator descends to the operating platform along the hard ladder and works safely. The device can reduce unnecessary adjustment actions when the wire end personnel work, so as to meet the work requirements of safety, comfort and quick replacement, and improve work efficiency.
