新能源電站有功柔性控制系統(tǒng)應用模式分析

摘 要:隨著新能源電站裝機容量和規(guī)模越來越大,其有功調節(jié)速度對電網(wǎng)安全的影響愈發(fā)重要。介紹了新能源電站有功柔性控制系統(tǒng)的典型架構及有功控制流程,并針對該系統(tǒng)在甘肅、青海等新能源占比較高省份和地區(qū)的應用模式和實踐經(jīng)驗,比較了各種應用場景和實施條件,以便其他地區(qū)結合自身實際進行實踐和應用,以提高新能源資源的綜合利用率。

Application Mode Analysis of Active Power Flexible Control System for New Energy Station

Abstract: As the installed capacity and scale of new energy power stations become larger and larger, the impact of its active power regulation speed on the security of the power grid becomes more and more important.This paper introduces the typical architecture and active control flow of the active power flexible control system for new energy power plants, andin view of the application model and practical experience of the system in provinces and regions where new energy accounts for a relatively high proportion of the system, such as Gansu, Qinghai, etc; various application scenarios and implementation conditions are compared so that other regions can practice and apply in accordance
with their own actual conditions to improve the comprehensive utilization of new energy resources.
