    摘 要:為了提高電機轉(zhuǎn)子磁鋼粘接的合格率和效率,在對無刷伺服電機轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構和關鍵參數(shù)分析的基礎上,設計了一種無刷伺服電機轉(zhuǎn)子磁鋼自動化粘接設備。該裝置主要由工作臺、產(chǎn)品上料區(qū)、成品區(qū)、搬運機器人、自動裝配機構、自動涂膠機構、電氣柜等構成。經(jīng)工藝驗證,該設備的成功運用,解決了此前轉(zhuǎn)子磁鋼粘接合格率較低的瓶頸,大幅提高了電機生產(chǎn)效率。

Design of an Automatic Bonding Device for Rotor Magnets of Brushless Servomotor

    Abstract: In order to improve the qualification rate and efficiency of motor rotor magnet bonding, based on the analysis of the structure and key parameters of the brushless servo motor rotor, a brushless servo motor rotor magnet automatic bonding equipment was devised. The device is mainly composed of a workbench, a product feeding area, a finished product area, a handling robot, an automatic assembly mechanism, an automatic gluing mechanism, and an electrical cabinet. After process verification, the successful use of this equipment has solved the previous bottleneck of the low qualification rate of rotor magnet bonding, and greatly improved the production efficiency of the motor.
