植物絕緣油與多種變壓器用絕緣紙的相容性研究

摘 要:為研究植物絕緣油與變壓器絕緣紙材料的相容性,模擬變壓器油紙絕緣系統(tǒng),將丹尼森紙、電纜紙、鋁箔皺紋紙等10 種變壓器用絕緣紙與植物絕緣油組成油- 紙絕緣,研究它們的熱老化特性。實驗觀察了28 天熱老化前后絕緣紙和絕緣油的變化,分別測試了這幾種不同的油- 紙在熱老化7 天、14 天、21 天和28 天過程中,植物絕緣油的酸值和介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,該植物絕緣油與實驗用的絕緣紙具有很好的相容性。

Study on Compatibility Between Vegetable Insulation Oil and Various Insulation Papers for Transformers

Abstract: In order to study the compatibility of plant insulating oil and transformer insulating paper materials, simulating transformer oilpaper insulation system, 10 types of transformer insulation paper such as Dennison paper, cable paper, aluminum foil crepe paper and plant insulation oil were combined into oil-paper insulation to study their thermal aging characteristics.The experiment observed the changes of insulating paper and insulating oil before and after 28 days of heat aging, The acid value and dielectric loss factor of the plant insulating oil were tested during heat aging for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days for these different oil-papers.The results show that the plant insulating oil has good compatibility with the experimental insulating paper.
