20 kV線路故障引起越級(jí)跳閘的分析及應(yīng)對(duì)措施

摘 要:以同一變電站發(fā)生的兩起20 kV出線線路故障引起后備保護(hù)動(dòng)作導(dǎo)致主變低壓側(cè)跳閘的事故為例,對(duì)越級(jí)跳閘產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析。根據(jù)保護(hù)配置信息,對(duì)故障過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,分析了故障引起越級(jí)跳閘的原因,總結(jié)了事故越級(jí)跳閘的幾種可能因素,并從調(diào)度工作實(shí)際出發(fā),提出合理化應(yīng)對(duì)措施。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Overstepping Trip Caused by 20 kV Line Fault

Abstract: Taking two 20 kV outgoing line faults in the same substation that caused the backup protection to cause tripping on the low-voltage side of the main transformer as an example, the causes of overstepping trip were analyzed. According to the protection configuration information, the fault process is studied, and the reasons for the overstepping trip caused by the fault are analyzed, and several possible factors of the accident overstepping trip are summarized; and proceeding from the actual dispatching work, rationalized countermeasures are proposed.
