    摘 要:某電廠配電控制柜投運(yùn)時(shí)間長(zhǎng),在一次設(shè)備運(yùn)行中發(fā)生電氣短路,設(shè)備嚴(yán)重?zé)龤??;谠撛O(shè)備發(fā)生的故障及存在問題,從配電盤設(shè)計(jì)存在的缺陷、設(shè)備周圍工作環(huán)境條件及設(shè)備日常管理等入手,查找存在問題,最終確定了電氣設(shè)備短路故障原因。從技術(shù)、環(huán)境、管理方面制定解決方案,并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)受控設(shè)備的實(shí)際使用情況,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)原有熱力配電盤升級(jí)改進(jìn),進(jìn)一步提高了配電設(shè)備安全可靠性、穩(wěn)定性。

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Burnout of a Relay Pump Thermal Distribution Board

    Abstract: The distribution control cabinet of a power plant has been operation for a long time, it been seriously burnt by the short circuit fault during the operation of the equipment. According to the faults and existing problems of the equipment, the possible problems are studied first from the defects in the design of the distribution board, and the working environment conditions around the equipment then the daily management of the equipment, the cause of the short circuit fault of the electrical equipment is finally determined.Take into account the aspects of technology, environment and management, and combined the site operation condition of controlled equipment, the upgrading and improvement of the original thermal power distribution board is realized, and the safety, reliabiliy and stability of the distribution equipment are further improved.
