    摘 要:對(duì)一起直流開關(guān)電源中的高頻變壓器磁芯過熱的原因進(jìn)行了分析,在有限元軟件中建立變壓器模型,通過場(chǎng)路耦合的方法,對(duì)磁芯磁密、損耗進(jìn)行仿真。仿真結(jié)果表明,變壓器原邊繞組分?jǐn)?shù)匝結(jié)構(gòu)是導(dǎo)致該起事故的主要原因。提出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)措施,經(jīng)仿真和實(shí)際測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,繞組匝數(shù)取整后,解決了上述問題。

The Analysis of Transformer Core Overheat Caused by Half Turn Structure of Winding

    Abstract: In this paper the reason for the overheating of a high-frequency transformer core in a DC switching power supply was analyzed. The transformer model is established in the finite element software, and the magnetic core density and loss are simulated by the method of fieldcircuit coupling. The simulation results show that the fractional turn structure of the primary winding of the transformer is the main cause of the accident. Corresponding improvement measures are put forward, and the problems above are solved after the number of winding turns is rounded after verification by simulation and actual test.
