一起斷路器防跳回路缺陷案例的分析及改進方法

    摘 要:防跳回路在斷路器操作回路中意義重大,能有效防止斷路器發(fā)生“跳躍”對斷路器本身和電網(wǎng)造成的巨大沖擊。針對某新建變電站驗收時發(fā)現(xiàn)的防跳試驗后斷路器不能再次進行手動合閘的問題,闡述了斷路器本體機構(gòu)防跳和操繼箱防跳兩種方式的原理,分析了該起斷路器防跳回路缺陷的原因,給出了一種在現(xiàn)場缺少多余防跳繼電器輔助接點情況下,消除防跳回路寄生回路的改進方法,現(xiàn)場試驗驗證了該方法的有效性。

Circuit Defect of Breaker

    Abstract: The leap-preventive circuit is of great significance in the operation circuit of breaker, and can effectively prevent the breaker from “leaping” which may cause a huge impact on the breaker itself and the power grid. According to the found problem during acceptance of a new substation that breaker cannot be manually closed again after leap-preventive test, this paper expounds the principles of leap-preventivecircuit in body mechanism and operating box, analyzes the cause of the leap-preventive circuit defect, and presents an improved method to eliminate the parasitic loop of leap-preventive circuit in the absence of auxiliary nodes of redundant leap-preventive relays. The effectiveness of the method is verified on site.
