    摘 要 :國內(nèi)發(fā)電廠廠用電系統(tǒng)多采用高壓廠用變低壓側(cè)經(jīng)中電阻接地方式。當饋線發(fā)生接地保護時由定時限接地保護做動作于跳閘故障饋線,但當饋線發(fā)生高阻接地時,因保護裝置測得接地電流較小,保護可能發(fā)生拒動情況,導致廠用電系統(tǒng)長期帶病運行,如果不及時消除可能擴大故障范圍。提出在原有定時限保護的基礎上,增加反時限保護用于發(fā)信,可以快速對故障饋線進行處理,定、反時限相結合的零序過流保護可以保證高阻接地時按一般反時限曲線定位故障饋線并發(fā)出告警,接地電阻較小時按定時限快速跳閘。結合實際中高壓廠用變低壓側(cè)零序一、二時限出口整定方式與廠用電快切裝置功能相矛盾,提出解決方案,以保證廠用電系統(tǒng)安全運行。

Optimization of Zero-Sequence Protection for Neutral Resistance
Grounding System in Power Plant

    Abstract: Domestic power plant auxiliary power systems mostly use high-voltage auxiliary transformer low-voltage side grounding through medium resistance. When the feeder is grounded, it is moved by a fixed time-limit grounding protection to the hop fault feeder. But when the feeder is grounded with high resistance, the grounding current measured by the protection device will be small, which may resist the protection action. As a result, the factory power system sickly runs for a long term. If it’s not eliminated in time, the fault range may be expanded. It is proposed that on the basis of the original fixed time-limit protection, anti-time protection can be added for sending letters,which can quickly process fault feeders. The zero-sequence over current protection combined with fixed and anti-time limits can ensure that the fault feeder is positioned and alarmed according to the general anti-time limit curve when grounding is high. When the grounding resistance is small, it can quickly jump according to the fixed time limit. The zero-sequence one and second time-time export tuning methods of high-voltage plants contradict the functions of the factory power fast cutting device. This paper puts forward solutions to the problems above mentioned in order to ensure the safe operation of the factory power system.
