    摘 要:電氣成套行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)管理方式是靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)組織生產(chǎn),過(guò)程缺失、規(guī)范性較差,不能適應(yīng)規(guī)模生產(chǎn)的需要。提出了一種新的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)對(duì)電氣成套行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中采集大量的過(guò)程信息,提供強(qiáng)大的查詢和報(bào)表功能,提高生產(chǎn)管理效率;實(shí)現(xiàn)電子作業(yè)卡功能,提升了質(zhì)量管理水平;數(shù)據(jù)長(zhǎng)期保存,確保了產(chǎn)品的可追溯性。

Design of A Production Management System for
Electrical Complete Set Industry

    Abstract: The traditional production management method of the electrical complete set industry is to organize production based on experience,the process is lacking, the standardization is poor, and it cannot meet the needs of large-scale production. This paper proposes a new production management system, which digitizes and cyberizes the production process of the electrical complete set industry, collects a large amount of process information during the production process, provides powerful query and report functions, and improves production management efficiency; Also, the realization of the electronic job card function improves the quality management level; and the long-term storage of data ensures the traceability of the product.
