鋰電池管理系統(tǒng)單體電壓采樣斷線檢測(cè)功能的分析

    摘 要:采樣斷線是影響單體電池電壓采樣的常見故障,結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用的軟硬件平臺(tái),對(duì)采樣斷線檢測(cè)功能進(jìn)行了分析,提出了針對(duì)斷線檢測(cè)具體的應(yīng)用策略,并給出了示例判定流程,以便及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)電池采樣斷線的情況,防止因斷線造成的單體一致性或過(guò)、欠壓的誤判,從而避免因誤判造成的保護(hù)誤動(dòng),實(shí)時(shí)保證電池組的安全、可靠運(yùn)行。

Analysis of Single Voltage Sampling Break Detection Function of
Lithium Battery Management System

    Abstract: Sample break is a common fault effecting single cells voltage sampling. Therefore, this paper researched the sample break detection function by taking a practical software and hardware platform as an example, and proposed an application strategy to detect the breaks. Furthermore, a judging process of this strategy is presented in order to discover the break as soon as possible. This can prevent mis-operations due to the misjudgement about the fault which is a sample break instead of single inconsistency or over/under-voltage, thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of buttery set in real-time.
