相對介損檢測在一起220 kV電壓互感器絕緣缺陷中應用

摘 要:針對一起某變電站 220 kV 電容式電壓互感器 (CVT) 相對介損帶電測試數(shù)據(jù)超標、紅外測溫異常的情況。檢測人員停電試驗發(fā)現(xiàn) CVT 電容單元數(shù)據(jù)超標,經(jīng)設備進行解體后檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),電容單元部分電容芯子存在鋁箔斷裂和絕緣擊穿故障,證明相對介損測試是一種有效的在容性設備絕緣狀態(tài)帶電檢測手段。

Abstract: There was an accidental situation in the relative dielectric loss live test of the 220 kV capacitive voltage transformer (CVT). The test showed excessive data and abnormal infrared temperature. The power outage test found that the data of the CVT capacitor unit exceeded the standard. This study examined the disassembled equipment, and there were existing fault symptoms of some capacitor cores of the capacitor unit that had aluminum foil fracture and insulation breakdown. Therefore, in the insulation condition of capacitive equipment, the relative dielectric loss test is a valid electric measure.
