一起220 kV主變壓器輕瓦斯保護動作原因分析及處理

    摘 要:介紹了某 220 kV 主變壓器氣體繼電器輕瓦斯保護動作的經(jīng)過,利用變壓器油色譜分析技術(shù)和電氣試驗對主變壓器進行診斷,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場解體檢查確認(rèn)氣體繼電器輕瓦斯保護動作原因,是由于變壓器內(nèi)部磁屏蔽焊接部位過熱熔化形成金屬雜質(zhì),在油流的作用下附著在變壓器鐵芯表面和鐵芯絕緣油道內(nèi)部,造成鐵芯多點接地形成較大環(huán)流而產(chǎn)生大量熱量,導(dǎo)致變壓器油色譜分析數(shù)據(jù)異常,變壓器油中氣體含量不斷累積,使得油流達到氣體繼電器輕瓦斯保護動作值造成輕瓦斯動作。經(jīng)過采取有效處理措施后,設(shè)備運行正常。

Operation of a 220 kV Transformer

    Abstract: In this paper, the operation process of a light gas relay protection of a 220 kV transformer is introduced. Chromatographic analysis and electrical tests are performed to diagnose the transformer, with the on-the-spot disassembly, the reason of the light gas protection operation is found out, that is, the weld region of the magnetic shielding inside the transformer melted down at overheating meanwhile generated some metal impurity which adhered to the core and the channel of insulating oil by the oil flow. That metal impurity caused the core multipoint earthing with big loop current, and the resulting humorous heat led to abnormal data of the chromatographic analysis. As a result,the accrued gas in the transformer oil made oil flow over the operation value of light gas relay protection and finally caused the operation. In the end, the equipment operates normally after corresponding effective treatments.
