252 kV GIL固定支撐結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化及試驗(yàn)研究

    摘 要:固定支撐作為剛性氣體絕緣輸電線路 (GIL) 柔性補(bǔ)償段的分割界線且具有克服盲板力的特性,極大地影響 GIL 運(yùn)行的安全性及可靠性。利用 Workbench 軟件對(duì)固定支撐進(jìn)行力學(xué)分析,尋找薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,從而獲得滿足需求的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)。經(jīng)過對(duì)該固定支撐及 GIL 殼體進(jìn)行試生產(chǎn)、組裝并進(jìn)行力學(xué)試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,該固定支撐結(jié)構(gòu)及加工工藝能夠滿足工程需要,為長(zhǎng)距離 GIL 固定支撐設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考依據(jù)。

    Abstract: Fixed support has the characteristics of overcoming the blind plate force for the dividing line of the flexible compensation section of a rigid gas-insulated transmission line (GIL), It also affects the safety and reliability of GIL operation simultaneously. This paper used Workbench to perform mechanical analysis on the fixed bracket, found the weak links, and optimized the structure to obtain a bracket structure that meets the needs. The results show that the structure and processing technology of the fixed support and GIL cylinder leg can meet the needs of certain projects after trial production, assembly and mechanical test of the fixed support and GIL shell.It also provides a reference basis for the fixed support design of long-distance GIL.
