模擬量輸入合并單元計量性能檢測研究

    摘 要:針對模擬量輸入合并單元計量誤差特性及相關(guān)測試項目,研究了檢測裝置的技術(shù)方案。提出了基于時鐘同步法的信號生成技術(shù),降低了相位噪聲;采用自適應(yīng)直流供電系統(tǒng)和熱保護(hù)技術(shù),增強(qiáng)裝置可靠性;構(gòu)建了基于 NI PCI-4472 的合并單元校驗系統(tǒng),滿足 0.2 級及以下等級合并單元測試。對三個廠家的合并單元進(jìn)行了測試,結(jié)果表明,所測合并單元的部分計量性能需要提高才能確保電能計量準(zhǔn)確。研究結(jié)果可推進(jìn)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定,有利于提升數(shù)字化電能計量系統(tǒng)的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確度,促進(jìn)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)。

Research on Metering Performance Testing of Analog-Input Merging Unit

    Abstract: This paper examined the technical solution for detection devices for the measurement error characteristics of the analog-input merging unit and related test items. It proposed a signal generation technology based on the clock synchronization method to reduce phase noise.It used an adaptive DC power supply system and thermal protection technology to enhance the device’s reliability. It also constructed a merging unit verification system based on NI PCI-4472 to meet the merging unit test of level 0.2 and below. By testing the combined units of the three manufacturers, the results showed that part of the measurement performance of the tested combined units needs to be improved to ensure the accuracy of electric energy measurement. The research result can promote the formulation of relevant standards, which is conducive to improving the reliability and accuracy of the digital electric energy measurement system and promoting the construction of smart grids.
