斷路器本體三相不一致防誤動(dòng)優(yōu)化方案研究

    摘 要:220 kV 及以上斷路器為分相操作機(jī)構(gòu),為避免斷路器長(zhǎng)期非全相運(yùn)行,常配置斷路器三相不一致保護(hù)。介紹了斷路器三相不一致保護(hù)原理,及 220 kV 及以上斷路器本體三相不一致保護(hù)回路設(shè)計(jì),分析了斷路器本體三相不一致保護(hù)誤動(dòng)原因,提出了三條基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的斷路器本體三相不一致保護(hù)回路優(yōu)化方案及運(yùn)維策略。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,提出的三種優(yōu)化方案可有效防止斷路器本體三相不一致保護(hù)誤動(dòng),提高了本體三相不一致保護(hù)動(dòng)作可靠性。

Anti Misoperation of Circuit Breaker

    Abstract: 220 kV and above circuit breakers are phase separation control mechanisms. For avoiding long-time open-phase operation,three-phase inconsistent protection is used to equipped for this kind of circuit breakers. This paper introduced the theory of the three-phase inconsistent protection of circuit breaker and the design of 220 kV three-phase inconsistent protection circuit. It analyzed the reason for three-phase inconsistent protection circuit mis-operation. Three optimize plan and strategy of operation and maintenance has been proposed.The results show that the three proposes could prevent the three-phase inconsistent protection of circuit breaker misoperation. It improves the reliability of three-phase inconsistent protection.
