高壓斷路器電機(jī)操動機(jī)構(gòu)模糊控制研究

    摘 要:根據(jù)高壓斷路器電機(jī)操動機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動過程非線性特點(diǎn),提出模糊 PI 控制方法,可隨時更改控制參數(shù)來適應(yīng)斷路器不同運(yùn)動狀態(tài)。介紹了操動機(jī)構(gòu)的動觸頭運(yùn)動原理和系統(tǒng)控制原理;在 Simulink 環(huán)境下采用模糊 PI 控制方法,建立基于無刷直流電機(jī)系統(tǒng)的控制仿真模型,同時對模型進(jìn)行分析。仿真結(jié)果表明,運(yùn)用模糊 PI 控制方法,動觸頭速度與給定速度的誤差較小,超調(diào)量較低,速度曲線響應(yīng)迅速,實(shí)現(xiàn)對高壓斷路器動觸頭的準(zhǔn)確控制,可運(yùn)用到電機(jī)操動機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動控制系統(tǒng)。

Research on Fuzzy Control of Motor Operating Mechanism of
High-Voltage Circuit Breaker

    Abstract: This paper proposed a fuzzy PI control method, which can change the control parameters at any time to adapt to the different motion states of the circuit breaker based on the nonlinear characteristics of the moving process of the high-voltage circuit breaker motor operating mechanism.It introduced the moving contact movement of the operating mechanism theory and the system control theory. This paper used the fuzzy PI control method to establish a control simulation model based on the brushless DC motor system under the Simulink condition and analyzed the model.The simulation results show that using the fuzzy PI control method, the error between the moving contact speed and the given speed is small, the overshoot is low, and the speed curve responds quickly. It can achieve accurate control of the moving contact of the high-voltage circuit breaker, which can be applied to the motor operating mechanism motion control system.
