一種雙向CLLLC諧振變換器的混合升壓控制方法

    摘 要:CLLLC 諧振變換器存在頻率變化范圍較大、升壓范圍較小的問題,不利于元器件設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化。針對 CLLLC 諧振變換器提出一種混合式升壓控制策略,減小了頻率變化范圍,并使升壓范圍在變頻控制的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,在實(shí)現(xiàn)軟開關(guān)的同時(shí)能適應(yīng)更寬范圍的電壓輸入,結(jié)構(gòu)可靠、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)。利用時(shí)域分析法,分析了混合控制下 CLLLC 諧振變換器的升壓特性,并與傳統(tǒng)變頻控制下的增益特性作對比,通過 MATLAB/Simulink 仿真驗(yàn)證了所提策略的正確性及有效性。

A Hybrid Boost Control Method for Bidirectional CLLLC
Resonant Converter

    Abstract: CLLLC resonant converter has two problems. One problem is the range of frequency variation change is too wide, and another issue is the voltage rise range is too small. Both of them might count against the design and optimization of the electrical component. This article proposed a hybrid boost control strategy for the CLLLC resonant converter to reduce the frequency variation range and expand the voltage rise range based on the variable frequency control. This strategy is reliable and realizable. It adapts to suit a wider range of voltage input while achieving soft switching technology. The voltage rise characteristics of the CLLLC resonant converter under hybrid control were analyzed and compared with the gain characteristics under traditional variable frequency control by using the time-domain analysis method.All in all, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.
