GIS/GIL設(shè)備中金屬微粒污染研究綜述

    摘 要:如何減小高壓電氣設(shè)備中金屬微粒對 GIS/GIL 的污染是提高絕緣強(qiáng)度的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難題之一。對金屬微粒產(chǎn)生危害的方式、影響因素及金屬微粒抑制措施進(jìn)行了綜述。指出金屬微粒的來源廣泛、類型多樣且微粒的產(chǎn)生不可避免,自由微粒在設(shè)備內(nèi)的復(fù)雜運(yùn)動加劇了其危害的不可控性,微粒危害大小主要因素有微粒尺寸、氣壓與電壓形式等。介紹了表面附膜、微粒陷阱等微粒抑制措施,指出如何合理改進(jìn)微粒抑制措施,獲取更加高效的微粒無害化方法是亟待解決的問題,為今后進(jìn)一步研究金屬微粒提供了參考。

Review on Metal Particle Contamination in GIS/GIL Equipment

    Abstract: One of the key technical problems in improving dielectric strength is how to reduce the contamination of GIS/GIL by metal particles in high-voltage electrical equipment. This paper explained the methods, influencing factors, and measures to suppress metal particles.It pointed out that the sources of metal particles are extensive and diverse, and the generation of particles is unavoidable. The complex movement of free particles in the equipment aggravates the uncontrollability of their hazards. The main factors of particle hazard are particle size,air pressure, voltage form, etc.It introduced particle suppression measures, such as surface film and particle traps. By doing this, this research provides methods to improve particle suppression measures reasonably. Moreover, it indicates that obtaining more efficient particle harmless methods is an urgent problem to be solved, which provides a reference for further research on metal particles in the future.
